My Philosophy

The Human Hand Still Matters

In a world increasingly shaped by automation, I choose a slower path. Every Artifact begins as wax, where every cut, texture and decision is made by hand. I believe the time invested in an object becomes part of its value, leaving behind something no machine can truly replicate.

Designed Around a Person

Every commission begins with a conversation. Before a single sketch is drawn, I take the time to understand the person behind it; their experiences, influences and character. The result isn't simply a ring, but an Artifact that could belong to no one else.

Process

Every Artifact follows the same process. None of them follow the same path.

No catalogs.
No templates.
No rushed decisions.
Just an idea, refined together until it becomes something worth making.

01

Conversation

Every commission begins with a conversation.Whether we meet in person or online, the goal isn't to discuss a ring—it's to understand the person behind it. I ask questions, listen carefully, and gather the ideas that will eventually shape the Artifact.

Usually 1–2 hours.

02

Concepts

After our conversation, I refine my notes and begin sketching.Instead of presenting a single solution, I develop three distinct design directions. Each explores the same idea from a different perspective, allowing the strongest concept to emerge naturally.

Usually 7–10 days.

03

Refinement

We meet once more to review the concepts together. One direction is selected and, if needed, refined until every detail feels right. Sometimes only small adjustments are required; sometimes the design evolves further before moving into production.

Usually 1 hour. Refinements may add 2–3 days.

04

Making

Once the design is approved, the Artifact enters the workshop. The ring is first hand-carved from jeweler's wax, then cast in sterling silver before moving through shaping, finishing, and polishing. Every Artifact is made individually, never mass-produced.

Usually 12–18 days.

05

Finishing & Delivery

Before an Artifact leaves the workshop, every surface and detail is carefully inspected and refined.Once complete, it is prepared for delivery and begins the final part of its journey to its collector.

Usually 2–3 days.

If this process feels right to you, I'd be happy to hear your idea.Every Artifact begins with a conversation.

Every Artifact Begins with a Conversation

Choose a time that suits you, and let's explore the ideas behind your Artifact.
